• • 2) Click the Create Account button that is below the NEW CUSTOMERS section
• • 3) Fill in your details
• • 4) After filling in your details, click on the SUBMIT button
• • 5) Your account is ready!

-HOW CAN I ENTER MY ACCOUNT, WHEN I FORGOT MY PASSWORD

In that case you select the field “Forgot your Password”. You then select the email address with which you created the account, and follow the instructions in the email that has been sent to you. Your new password is ready.

Enter https://themark.gr/  with the email and password that you have stated during your registration and you shall be linked to your account page. There you can see and modify all your details:

There are 3 payment options:

• • A. Cash on delivery
• • B. Credit or debit card
• • C. Deposit into a bank account

-HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

In the event where you want to cancel your order for any whatsoever reason, you can contact us at 2610224699 on Monday & Wednesday 9:30 - 14:00, Tuesday - Thursday - Friday 9:30 - 14:00 and Saturday 9:30 - 11:30

Important

You may cancel your order without the slightest charge within 2 hours of its registration. After 2 hours, it is possible that the order has already been delivered to the courier company, so cancellation shall not be accepted.

-THE PRODUCT I SAW ON THE PC HAD A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT COLOUR TO WHAT I HAVE RECEIVED. WHY?

The colour of the product may in some cases differ to the description.
