1. CASH ON DELIVERY

Customers shall, upon delivery of the order to their place, pay the price of the order to the ACS COURIER company employee or an employee of the Alkiviadis Konstantinidis and Associates GP Company. The order shall be accompanied by either a retail sales receipt or an invoice. Cash on delivery costs are 4.00€.

Please note that where you place an order by cash on delivery, in order that your order may be performed it shall be preceded by a phone call from us to the phone number you shall provide us, in order to confirm your order and your details.

2. BY CREDIT CARD

https://themark.gr/ cooperates with the BANK OF ATTICA for the credit card payment service. The credit cards that are accepted for transactions are Visa, Master Card and Maestro. The use of the credit card for purchases at the on-line store https://themark.gr/ by the customer is absolutely secure. The company shall never know about your card or account information. Upon completion of the necessary information for registering the order and the acceptance of the website’s terms of use, customers shall be automatically transferred to the secure website - environment of the cooperating bank (BANK OF ATTICA), where they shall be able to directly complete the credit card details.

In order to complete the transaction, customers must fill in the relevant form with the precise name of the holder, the number and expiration date of their credit card, as well as the three-digit number (CVV) on the rear of the card. In every case of a purchase, the customer must also be the holder of the card that is used for the respective transaction.

3. PAYMENT BY DEPOSIT INTO A BANK ACCOUNT

You may make the payment by bank deposit at one of the company’s cooperating banks. In that case, your order shall be placed on hold and shipped once your deposit appears (usually after 2 business days). Where your deposit is not made within 2 days, the order shall be cancelled. We request that yoy enter your name and / or order number in the reason for the deposit. The user may deposit the amount into one of the following bank accounts:
